Repair Classes

The M & M Cyclery Repair School is taught by one of M & M Cyclery's qualified mechanics, experts in repairing and maintaining bicycles. During the class, students will use Park Tool’s Big Blue Book of bike repair, which is with some of the class’s tuition rate. The M & M Cyclery Repair School course's will provide you with information on basic mechanical skills as well as detailed instructions for repairing and maintaining wheels, bearing assemblies, braking and shifting systems, etc.; everything you need to know to keep your bicycle rolling smoothly and safely. You'll be given a student manual or hand outs which acts as the outline for the classes and is augmented by hands-on demonstration by the instructor.

Beginners Bike Repair

Are you new to cycling? Need a quick refresher?  The Beginners guide to bicycle repair Lecture and Demo is a casual discussion on the basics of bicycle ownership.  This 90 minute session features an overview of what every cyclist should know.  You will not need your bike for this session (actual topics will be addressed by the instructor; this is not a hands on course).  Our Beginners guide to bicycle repair is a basic introduction to your bike.  This Demo and Lecture runs approximately 1 1/2 hours and the cost is $15.00.

Intermediate Repair Class Is $100.00 + 24.99 for The Park Tool Big Blue Repair Book

In the Intermediate class, you will get an overview of many aspects of bicycle maintenance. You'll see demonstrations, discuss and perform tire & tube service, brake service and gear adjustments.  The
